ARTICLE, PIONEER PLACE THEATRE COMPANY'S "BLEACHER BUMS"
The St. Cloud Times interviewed director Jay Terry and actor Dan Barth about Pioneer Place Theatre Company's production of Bleacher Bums.

"Bleacher Bums centers around a group of fans of the Chicago Cubs, or as Barth puts it, 'America's losers.' (The team famously hasn't won a World Series title since 1908.) Pioneer Place is doing the updated version of the show, which takes place against the backdrop of the Mark McGwire-Sammy Sosa home run race of 1998. It's especially timely because it was this week in 1998 that McGwire broke Roger Maris' record for home runs in a season with No. 62."
